Getting Started with Settlers¶
Learn how to start playing Settlers and take your first steps in the game.
About the Game¶
🌍 Settlers is a geolocation strategy game inside Telegram. Players capture real-world hexes on the map, create clans, and compete for territorial dominance. Each hex is a unique piece of land that can be controlled.
How to Start Playing¶
- Click the Open Settlers button above.
- Allow access to geolocation — this is required to play.
- Find a free hex near you on the map.
- Press the Settle button.
Capture Mechanics¶
- Each hex can only be captured by one player at a time.
- You need to be physically inside the hex to capture it.
- Captured hexes are colored green on the map.
- Hexes generate points over time while you hold them.
- You cannot capture a hex that is already owned by another member of your clan.
Clan System¶
- Join clans to control larger territories together.
- When a clan owns most of the hexes in a local area, that area comes under clan control.
- Clan members work together to expand and defend shared territory.
Points and Rewards¶
- Earn points for holding territories.
- Hexes in more active or interesting locations generate points faster.
- Invite friends to join the game and grow the community.
